A graduate of The Ohio State University in 2016, Cody has spent the past decade building his career in financial planning. As a Certified Financial Planner he has experience guiding individuals and families through important financial decisions, with a focus on creating practical, personalized strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
Cody is based in Northwest Ohio, where he lives with his wife, Kylie, and their two daughters. Family is at the center of Cody’s life, and he brings that same sense of care and responsibility to the clients he serves. Outside of work, he enjoys running, which helps him stay disciplined, focused, and energized.
Adam Bray, CFP®
Partner and Chief Investment Officer
With fifteen years of experience in the investment management industry, Adam specializes in constructing portfolios designed to withstand market volatility and look past short-term trends. As a Certified Financial Planner, he prioritizes a goal-centric approach, translating complex financial landscapes into practical, personalized strategies for clients.
A 2010 graduate of Ohio University, Adam now resides in Central Ohio with his wife, Kate, and their two daughters. When he isn’t refining investment strategies, he is likely reading or cheering on Notre Dame football and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Partner and Chief Compliance Officer
With over 15 years of experience, Sarah applies a disciplined, process-driven approach to operations, ensuring alignment with established standards and regulatory requirements. As a Chartered Financial Consultant®, her experience across operations and compliance—spanning both large institutions and independent practices—drives a high level of precision and risk awareness. This background is evident in her attention to detail and commitment to thorough execution.
Sarah graduated from Heidelberg University and lives in a northern suburb of Pittsburgh with her husband, Andy, and their son and daughter. When she isn’t keeping the YSB team in line, she is cheering on the Steelers and Penguins or serving as a dedicated "taxi driver" for her children’s many activities.
